The Recruitment Resourcer will primarily be responsible for providing daily recruitment assistance and support to our Account Managers.

Candidate screening Conducting candidate interviews Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
Staying up to date on industry trends and job market dynamics.
Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
Answering phones and providing support to the team Creating tailored candidate profiles based on suitability Data base management, including rosters Conducting reference checks Driving pre-employment compliance Advertising current jobs Providing payroll support To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and attributes: Previous experience within a recruitment role is advantageous Hold a valid driver's licence Friendly and professional communication Must possess the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds Strong administrative skills Drive to learn, develop and achieve!
