Due togrowth of our caseload, we are looking for a full time Youth Consultantto join the Transition to Work team based in Murray Bridge.
This position will see you create relationships withyoung people aged 15 to 24 years old, to support and motivate them towards asuitable pathway to employment.
Ability to listen and guide participants tohelp enhance their skills and develop career plans and truly change theirlives.
Duties•Improve thejob-readiness of young job seekers.•Guide young peopleinto work through regular engagement appointments.•Understanding eachindividual's barriers to maximise opportunities.•Multi-task, stayorganised and maintain accurate records.•Ability to workindependently as a self-starter within a supportive team.
•Work within andcontribute to a high-performance culture.•Liaise with localbusinesses and employers to assist with recruitment needs.With the right attitude, you don't need experience.Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools youneed.
