(HE05) $77,409 - $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Fixed term opportunity until January 2025 for a Recruitment Partnerships Officer who takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service. Working under general direction, the Recruitment Partnerships Officer maintains and creates new and renewed agency agreements and provides support with the agent commissions and incentive schemes for International Recruitment within the Marketing and Recruitment branch.
You will work closely with the Regional Managers and Director, International Recruitment to ensure agency agreements and international agent details are updated and current for all appointed international education agents and you will be responsible for handling the change of agent and agent nomination forms that are received and will work closely with the Prospect Management and Admissions Teams.
This role will also support the agency annual performance reviews and work continually to ensure all compliance levels are being upheld
To be successful you will need: Demonstrated experience in delivery of efficient customer service, administration and support.Demonstrated high level interpersonal and highly developed written communication skills, and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals from diverse cultures and positions.Experience in organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and establishing positive work relationships with internal and external staff to achieve business outcomes.Demonstrated experience in implementing and applying relevant policies and regulations.Your division's broader role The Division of External Engagement is committed to the University's growth ambitions through best practice marketing, the generation of international opportunities, and the forging of deep industry, media and alumni connections.
