As Recruitment Partners at Intrepid, it's our job to find them.Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll partner with Asia & ANZ supporting with general recruitment duties, admin, and interviewing.
You'll own your region and use your initiative to stay proactive, problem-solve, and offer a high level of recruitment service.
When not recruiting, you'll contribute to projects that innovate and improve our diversity, equity and inclusion, employer branding, candidate care, and how our global recruitment team operates.This is a full-time role that will operate on a hybrid basis (3 days per week) out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne.
We will be shortlisting and interviewing for this role in January to start as soon as possible.Some of the skills and experience you may bring with you includes:2+ years' experience in Recruitment or in a role with similar transferable skills.Excellent communication & relationship-building skills as you'll be collaborating with people across the world.Adaptability: The world of travel is forever changing, so being able to pivot with ease and accept change will be essential to your success.Leadership: You'll have strong initiative, solid problem-solving skills, and be driven to make change.This position is an ideal step up for someone wanting to learn more about recruitment around the world and bring their passion for people, recruitment, and interviewing to a global team.Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit:Intrepid is made up of 58 nationalities across 46 countries, and we recognise that diversity makes us a stronger business.
