The Role
As a Recruitment Officer with Silk Hospitality, you will ultimately deliver recruitment & hiring activities to your portfolio of key operational and head office positions.
Additional responsibilities include;
End-to-end recruitment activities from brief to first day Utilise effective sourcing strategies incl.
headhunting techniques Coach & mentor hiring managers on recruitment activities Utilise market data & reporting to support hiring decisions Provide regular updates & reports to managers Be an employer brand advocate to support talent attraction About You
As an experienced Recruitment Partner, you will be focused on providing a high level of care & service to candidates, managers & key stakeholders.
You will understand the businesses operational needs in regards to their people needs & be able to deliver in a timely manner.
In addition, you will have;
Previous end-to-end white collar & volume hiring experience Competent using recruitment technologies & systems Ability to multi-task & prioritise Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills Demonstratable problem solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Flexible & adaptable in a changing & growing environment Strong written & verbal communication skills What's on offer?
