About Insite Recruitment At Insite Recruitment, we are fully aware that our very best ambassadors are our work-force.Whatever sector you work in, no matter the role, you are an extremely important part of the Insite Team. We will work closely with you to ensure you are looked after.  We are a boutique family owned and operated business who have been successfully operating with repeat clients and candidates since we opened over 7 years ago!You are the people our clients will see on an everyday basis and that is why we make sure candidates for our projects and jobs, are thoroughly interviewed, assessed and validated, so that you are matched perfectly to our clients requirements.Whatever your specialty or sector, you can count on our years of expertise to consistently continue to deliver the best jobs for you, as we value you as an integral part of Insite Recruitment.  Role Details We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Officer to join our client's team!Based in their office in Hazlemere, you will be working in a busy recruitment team handling recruitment/mobilisation activities of the business for a busy transport company.Your days will consist of screening 100s of Truck Drivers and getting them through the recruitment process.This is an extremely busy, fast paced role with a lot of admin work.This position is offered Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) on a casual basis for a 4-6 week minimum period.  Candidates who have used Elmo preferred.  Role Requirements and Qualifications 2 years' experience in a similar position - customer focus role within an office environment.Experience in mobilisation and recruitment of blue-collar workforce.High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and high-quality work.A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.High level of organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.Good judgement and decision making.High level communication and IT skills.Ability to cooperate and work autonomously and in a team environment.    What next?We want to hear from you!  If this role is of interest to you and you are looking for a new challenge, please apply today and one of our team will be in touch with shortlisted candidates.
