In the role of Recruitment Officer you will provide essential support and advice to Hiring Managers to ensure we achieve successful outcomes with our vacancy management.
Working collaboratively within the Recruitment Team, and in conjunction with the HR Partnership Team, you will play an integral role in providing: Customer Service to our Hiring Managers and Candidate Care to our future workforceGeneral advice about recruitment, vacancy management, attraction and retention in accordance with SALHN and associated SA Public Sector policies and procedureEfficient use of the vacancy management system including regular reporting, tracking and achieving KPI's About you: You may have started your career in Recruitment and looking to expand your capabilities, or know this is a career path of interestDemonstrated Customer Service and Administrative skills, and passionate about genuinely wanting to make a difference whilst adhering to best practiceAn interest in the Healthcare industry and seeking a role that will offer you greater purpose than just financial targets and KPI'sWant to be part of a positive and energetic team, driven by providing the highest level of service and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.
