The Position: Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a suitably qualified Recruitment Lead to join our Christ-centred community, working across our Werribee and Melton campuses.
The Recruitment Lead will fulfill, improve, and maintain the recruitment and onboarding processes from conception through to the probation period for all new starters. This position will have knowledge and understanding of recruitment marketing strategy and content management to specialise in online systems while ensuring positions are filled promptly.
The position is set to commence in term 4 this year and will be on a temporary full-time basis, with a view to permanency.
The Person: Working with the People, Engagement & Development Manager, the Recruitment Lead will:
Be proactive in the college's LinkedIn profile and recruitment platform to attract the right candidates for the positions at the college. Have the strength to be able to build the college's online presence to focus on future staff attraction. Build and maintain online content to ensure our key messages are being produced for our candidates. Partner with Senior leadership, Community Development and People, Engagement & Development Manager to continue improving our recruitment marketing strategy to meet the market demands. Education and Experience: The suitable candidate will have:
Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources or experience Prior recruitment experience is required Desirable to have operational HR working knowledge Awareness of the online recruitment platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with a variety of stakeholders High attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid WWCC 'E' & Police Check Professional Attributes: Demonstrates a clear understanding of recruitment marketing to target a specific group of candidates Ensures timely success. Is proactive in recruitment and content management and stays active with recruitment trends, and the use of online systems. Takes ownership and accountability of the end-to-end recruitment process.
