THE ROLE The HR/Recruitment Coordinator supports the operational team with recruitment and HR tasks, ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process. Key responsibilities include:
Posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive experience.Conducting initial phone screenings and preparing offer letters.Assisting with new hire onboarding, training coordination, and documentation.Supporting HR administration, maintaining records, and assisting with disciplinary actions.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and preparing reports on recruitment metrics.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination, with strong organisational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Knowledge of modern awards, national employment standards, and employee entitlements.Strong customer service focus with excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively in a team, and approach problem-solving proactively.BENEFITS $80-90K + Super (experience dependent)Opportunities for ongoing training and career development in a growing industry.Contribute to building teams that provide essential care to the community.Join a collaborative team with a strong focus on employee well-being and workplace culture.How to apply: If interested, please contact me:
