What you'll bring: Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a chartered accounting firm. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax principles, and business advisory services. Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and mentor junior staff. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A desire to grow your own client base and contribute to the firm's success. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients. Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents. Providing business advisory services, including strategic planning and financial analysis. Overseeing the work of junior staff. Implementing efficient processes and leveraging technology to streamline workflows. Building strong relationships with clients and proactively identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
