Key Responsibilities: Undertake business development and client acquisition activities.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Utilise various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
Utilising industry and market trends to guide best practice.
Practical application of safe work practices and quality customer service principles.
Requirements: Proven experience in a sales-based environment.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to quickly understand recruitment process and best practices.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Unrestricted drivers licence and ability to travel across the region on a regular basis.
