To support our growth objectives and ongoing commitments to the north-west region, we are searching for an experienced Team Leader to manage a small consultant team based in Burnie.
This person needs to be a dynamic people leader, one not afraid of a sometimes frustrating and challenging environment, and a strong desire to reshape the on-hired staffing and recruitment landscape across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor and manage a small team of consultants.
Support consultants to deliver quality recruitment processes.
Own and deliver key recruitment assignments for major clients.
Undertake business development and client acquisition activities throughout the north-west coast.
Build collaborative networks with business managers and owners in north-west Tasmania.
Leadership of safe work and quality customer service principles.
Requirements: A proven people leader with sales management experience.
Forward thinking and dynamic approach to business development.
Ability to network and build productive business-to-business relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Unrestricted drivers licence and ability to travel intra-state on a regular basis.
