SustainHealth is rapidly growing our service offering and is looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Consultant, to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available.
The Role:
Build, support and develop relationships between candidates and clients
Business development with new and existing clients
Daily team collaboration
Manage and or build a successful billing desk in healthcare recruitment
Work closely with the sales, compliance, brand management and marketing teams
Work with a very supportive and knowledgeable team and managers
Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand

About You:
You will have experience in the 360-degree recruitment life cycle or be willing to learn this
Healthcare experience is highly desirable
KPI sales experience is desirable
You will be a strong, confident and assertive communicator, across all mediums
Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
