About the Role:
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for building a successful recruitment portfolio within a defined technical vertical. The main objective will be incremental revenue/profit growth, qualifying and developing new client opportunities and managing existing accounts. There are existing relationships in place and you will be able to leverage relationships of the other divisions within the office to create business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Development of a robust and profitable recruitment deskImprove revenue growth across the desk month on monthQualify and develop new business opportunities in addition to management of existing clientsGeneration and management of qualified candidatesDevelop networking activities to promote your and Robert Walters businessMonthly marketing initiatives

Key Requirements:The ability to develop and monitor sales opportunities, drive growth and manage client satisfactionAbility to work to tight deadlines, manage quality of work and delivery to clients/ candidatesPersistence, resilience, and a determination to succeedCommercial awareness and natural sales abilityAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a successful teamExcellent communication and presentation skills
