ASAP Recruitment is seeking an organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Perth Airport office. This role will see you being responsible for providing quality recruitment services to our existing client base.

Key responsibilities of this position include: End to end recruitment which includesScreening, interviewing and reference checkingFilling client job ordersRosteringManage candidates employed by ASAP RecruitmentCreate and maintain crucial client/candidate relationship managementConducting client visits and on-site inductions as requiredOn call during peak seasonTo be considered for this position you need to have: Previous administration and/or customer service and/or sales experienceExcellent customer service and relationship building skillsFlexibility with hours of work as they may range from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday and some weekend workStrong attention to detailPossess a desire to work within a team environmentA drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential as you will need to visit clients on a regular basisIf you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role please click Apply for this Job.
