Provide both strategic and administrative recruitment support.
Administration includes booking rooms, printing interview guides, completing paperwork etc.Utilise HR metrics to analyse recruitment themes and assist with overall HR strategy.Engage and build partnering relationships with customers and provide a customised service to specific business requirements.Contribute to coaching and mentoring activities for managers to develop recruitment and selection expertise.Participate and comply with all aspects of legislative, corporate, and clinical (Department of Health) governance, internal policies, procedures and frameworks.This role is predominantly site-based, requiring you to work directly at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Your on-site presence is essential for maintaining hands-on involvement in daily operations, enabling real-time collaboration with the team, stakeholders, and partners.
This fosters stronger communication and immediate problem-solving.

Recruitment experience in a busy health and/or public sector environment is desirable.Demonstrated knowledge and solid experience in providing end to end recruitment support and advice to multiple stakeholders.Ability to build relationships, establish personal credibility and demonstrate HR expertise to consistently deliver high quality customer service.Demonstrates forward thinking, creative problem-solving skills, motivation and determination to achieve deliverables.As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across the areas of justice, migration, defence, space, customer services, health, and urban mobility.
