About the Client Our client is a professional services firm that deals with investment advice and technology to institutional investors. They now seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The Role This is a full time position with an annual salary between $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience plus superannuation.
Responsibilities Some of the duties and tasks will include:
Manage and coordinate job vacancy advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.Manage recruitment services for vacant roles available within the business and work with external recruitment partners. Utilize Jobadder for recruitment profiling.Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify the best candidates for available roles.Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring full compliance with company policies and their successful integration in the organisation.Review and interpret relevant employment laws, awards, contracts, and wage systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Negotiate employment terms, including salaries, contracts, and working conditions, in line with company policies.Use ELMO-HRIS for performance management,payroll, and personnel engagement.Plan, coordinate and rollout the annual staff survey.Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work culture through Culture amp.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Human Resource.A minimum of three years of full-time work experience in recruitment.Familiar with ELMO-HRIS, Jobadder and Culture amp softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant employment legislation.Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
