The Role & Team Are you a high-performing agency recruiter that wants the challenge of moving into internal?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want the challenge of building a name for yourself? Specsavers Recruitment Services (SRS) in Port Melbourne, are looking for their next permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their team! Reporting directly into SRS Permanent Recruitment Team Leader, you will join the team whose function works in collaboration with our Store Partners across Australia and New Zealand, to ensure high-quality and fast paced recruitment in both optical and retail capacity.

This permanent role will work collaboratively with three other Recruitment Consultants and the wider team to develop strategies for resourcing, (including attraction, selection and assessment), as well as looking at store retention and overall resource planning suited to each region.
This role is also responsible for building excellent relationships with the Store Director(s) and/or their hiring manager, as well as candidates, identifying opportunities for additional permanent recruitment solutions and ensuring that best practice is always adopted.

We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work.
When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.

The skills we are looking for Have demonstrated end to end recruitment experience within a candidate short market and high-volume portfolio Have strong influencing and relationship building skills with key stakeholders Demonstrated resourcing and headhunting skills to build internal candidate pipelines and alignment to hard to fill vacancies About Us Specsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
