We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Development of our Finite office in our Melbourne office.
Salary will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities: Developing strong outcome driven relationships.
Growing revenue with existing contacts and generating new relationships, delivering end-to-end 360 recruitment solutions.
Talent pooling and market/project mapping.
Recruiting both contract and permanent roles.

You will have the following skills/experience: Bachelor degree in a relevant field preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
A professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
Very self-motivated.
A strong desire to achieve company and personal goals.
Excellent time-management and strong organisational skills.
The ability to work and respond positively under pressure.
High energy levels, ability to drive business and generate sales opportunities.
