You will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established team that provides a collaborative environment, the ability to develop strong industry knowledge, and make a significant impact on the success of both clients and candidates.The role will include: Collaborate with a team of recruitment consultants to source talent and support account managers in the delivery of top talent to client base.Create talent pools using job platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search.Plan sourcing approaches for each placement requirement.Provide feedback to candidates, account managers and hiring managers in a timely manner.Communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders.About youWe are ideally seeking someone that: Has previous experience in IT recruitment, internal IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.Has an IT degree/certification or intimate knowledge of IT.Can work in a fast-paced environment.Is highly motivated with a desire to achieve and succeed in the role.Is results-driven with determination and enthusiasm.Demonstrates a high level of initiative.Shows a desire to learn and grow in the role and a want to succeed.Previous recruitment experience is not required; however, working in a commercial or customer-facing role would be advantageous.Why Paxus?
