Due to an existing period of growth, APG is looking for a passionate, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team located in Tullamarine .

Your Day Will Be Varied And Will Include: Candidate interviews and inductions
Client/WHS visits and reporting
New business development
Account Management
Ad placements through various means
Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
Building a talent pool
Client Onboarding and site inductions
Building strong client and candidate relationships
To Be Successful You Will Bring: Experience in building remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Sound administration skills with an eye for detail.
Experience using Microsoft suite and good computer literacy.
Can-do attitude and eagerness to take on/learn new tasks.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ideally have previous experience in a recruitment role working in a fast-paced environment.
Own transport and a valid driver's license.
