The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for a Proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our team at the Hope Valley Head Office.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, utilizing platforms like FastTrack 360, Broadbean, Onboarded, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and secure high-quality candidates.
You won't just wait for the perfect candidate to apply - you'll actively seek out talent and build a pipeline to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, filling roles quickly and effectively.
Your proactive approach will be vital in ensuring that we meet the demands of our clients.
Whether it's recruiting blue-collar or white-collar professionals, you'll need to anticipate workforce needs, source candidates in advance, and have a ready pool of talent for both temporary and permanent positions.
Your ability to fill roles ahead of time will play a key role in our business success, keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Take a proactive approach to recruitment, constantly sourcing and identifying potential candidates through FastTrack 360, Broadbean, Onboarded, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Build and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, ensuring that vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently.Engage in active networking to attract passive candidates and establish relationships with industry professionals.Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming workforce needs, ensuring that candidates are sourced and placed before urgent hiring requirements arise.Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and align with the company's culture.Coordinate closely with HR and hiring managers to place the right talent in the right roles, minimizing downtime between recruitment and onboarding.Manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for candidates from initial contact to Letter of Offer and start date.What We're Looking For: Proactive mindset - you're always thinking ahead and don't wait for the perfect candidate to come to you.Previous experience in recruitment consulting or talent acquisition with a proven track record of filling roles quickly by sourcing talent in advance.Expertise in recruitment tools like FastTrack 360, Broadbean, Onboarded, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Freo Group?
