Job Description
The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles within our business. Your duties may include, but are not limited to

Advertising job vacancies, interviewing and selection of staff Reference checking and verification of working rights Booking medicals and training courses Administration of company inductions Maintaining our recruitment system and personnel records Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders Obtaining and verifying copies of licences and qualifications Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation tasks

Previous internal recruitment experience essential Prior experience with recruitment systems – (Smart recruiter desirable) Experience with Blue + White Collar roles Knowledge of the construction industry and the related qualifications, license and tickets Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure Attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Pronto experience (desirable) Previous exposure to relevant Modern Awards Experience in Human Resources (desirable)
Additional Information
The salary on offer is between $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
