The Role

We are currently seeking a positive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane Team in this varied and flexible role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry with a reputable blue-collar focused business. Working with a team of experienced colleagues and able to work autonomously in this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors, resourcing, recruiting & managing accounts for a wide variety of customers and job types.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidatesWriting job adverts and advertising onlineConducting and recording reference checksManaging relationships with clients hiring & line managersPlacing suitable candidates into work assignments, on-site with our large customer baseProviding excellent customer service to candidates & clientsEffective database managementData entry and compliance dutiesPromoting a positive safety culture across the businessSkills and Experience
