About the Position: As a Pure Source Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from picking up the job brief, sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and confirming placements. You will build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, and utilise your learned expertise in recruitment strategies to identify the best candidates for your clients' needs.
This role requires you to spend plenty of time on the phone contacting Clients to discuss their hiring needs, their business operations, and identifying the areas that you can assist with.
Key Duties: Identifying and contacting potential Clients to discuss their existing hiring methods, and specific staffing needs
Sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels, including our inhouse records, industry apps and online resources, social media and job boards, and networking activities
Managing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, reference checking, and coordinating job offers and placements
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to grow your understanding of their business operations and staffing needs
Developing and implementing strategies to source, attract and engage quality candidates
Managing candidate networks, maintaining activity and progress updates with them
Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team outcomes
Experience we look for: Proven experience and achievements as an agency Consultant, or a similar profession
Sound knowledge and delivery of recruitment best practice and compliance
Mid to high level communication and influencing skills in a commercial B2B setting
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Results-oriented mindset with the understanding required for doing the right things
Ability to work in a responsive manner, managing multiple priorities and short timelines
Familiarity with Industry specific software, apps and tools, trainers, leaders and commentators
