ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant that will have a focus in the HR space, you will provide end to end recruitment services to Robert Walter's clients, candidates, and contractors. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships and delivering recruitment solutions that meet individual client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accountsUnderstand clients' business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sales approachSelect and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and roleFocus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the marketDeveloping new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact with them to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationshipsServicing, nurturing, and developing existing client relationships through meetings, client functions and eventsSelecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and roleMaintaining CRM database records and ensuring all information is always up to date ABOUT YOU Proven HR recruitment experience within South AustraliaPreferably Tertiary qualified/ Bachelors DegreeDesire to work in a target driven, energetic sales environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive and positive approach with a strong, driven work ethicPersistence, resilience, drive and determination to succeed OUR CULTURE
