The role The is a newly created position to work in Melbourne focusing on the WHSE market. It is a stand-alone role but part of an established team who largely focus on HR Recruitment. We are simultaneously hiring inandtobuild out a team. We know it's important to go on the journey with others and that takes grit and patience. If you know a lot about the WHSE industry but haven't done much recruitment, get in touch and we'd love to chat to you and see if there might be a fit.Equally, if you are an experienced recruiter and want to shape something of your own with the backing and support of a team, we might just be the right place for you. You will: Recruit end to end in the WHSE space and build a strong network and knowledge of the sector Proactively reach out to clients and leaders in WHSE to build relationships and generate new clientsProvide expert and consultative advice to your candidates and clients on the industry challenges and recruitment trends About You: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Recruitment with an understanding of the WHSE market. If you are strong in one and have an interest in the other, let us know! What is important is that you can demonstrate your ability to thoroughly learn a market and be an expert in your field. You will have excellent communication skills with proven networking ability and consultative approach.The role offers a competitive base salary, bonus based on fee performance, private health insurance, and hybrid working among other benefits.
