Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this busy and fast-paced role will see you provide quality people to clients across Australia nationally.The team at CELOTTI Workforce prides itself on getting things right the first time through our sound recruitment practices, but we like to ensure our days are filled with the fun and enjoyment that comes with getting people jobs.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssessing applications, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates.Post job ads on website, job boards and social media sites as necessary.Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.Provide candidate details/CVs to clients and obtain feedback.Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, and reference checks.Manage the process through to offer stage and beyond (offer letters, inductions, feedback and ongoing contact).Attract candidates and maintain the talent database.Maintain regular contact with candidates.Consistently providing a high level of customer service that exceeds client and candidate expectations.Our Ideal CandidatePrevious high volume recruitment experience (blue or white collar)Sound Microsoft Office suite skillsSelf-motivated and energetic attitudeStrong organisational skillsHold a current car licence and a vehicle.To Apply:If you believe you're the right person for this role, please click APPLY, or send your resume to Michelle at ****** UsCELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue- and white-collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
