Industry experience in Blue Collar recruitment;

Synaco values our people, and our priority is to create an environment where our team can grow and succeed with us. We trust in you to cultivate a business that will stand out to our clients and build strong partnerships with those we work with.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Darwin office Mondays to Thursdays and working from home on Fridays. Additional working from home days are offered after the successful completion of your probation period.

As this is a client-facing role conducting on-site meetings, you are required to hold a current Driver's Licence and your own vehicle, as well as be able to complete all fitness for work assessments which include pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol screening.

We are offering a competitive base salary plus superannuation and quarterly performance-based incentive. Some remote area or interstate travel may be required.
