Step Up Supports is a fast growing disability provider operating in a highly regulated industry for support staff and clients.
We are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Officer.

The role:
Coordinate training for our disability support workers.
Complete interviews and inductions for new staff.
Process the screening and document requirements for new and existing staff.
Process the documents and ensure compliance for new and existing clients.
Other administrative and reception duties as required.
The applicant will need to:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize incoming requests by urgency.
Be competent with computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
Be task-oriented and able to keep accurate and methodical records of changes made.
Have very clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Be eager to participate in internal training to support ongoing professional development.
