We are currently seeking an experienced Perth-based Recruitment and Mobilisation Administrator. This role will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating efficient aftercare for new employees being on-boarded with one of our major clients, ensuring that employees arrive at site compliant and in a timely manner.
The position: Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required. Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation, including coordinating inductions, documentation, and communication with sites when the internals are ready to be rostered to their new site. Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Serve as a central point of contact for ERMS-related inquiries and provide timely and effective communication. Project Admin support to the leadership team. The Person: Previous experience in a mobilisation role within the mining, construction, hospitality, or resource industry. Experience with ERMS is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise. Effective time management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Capacity to think outside the box, bringing new ways of doing things. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing demands while delivering accurate and timely high-volume mobilisation support.
