Due to recent project awards MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor (Blue-Collar) to join our growing Human Resources team here in West Perth.
Responsibilities include: Responsible for the sourcing and coordination of blue-collar recruitment including advertising, screening CVs, etc.Drive talent acquisition through a variety of methods including Advert sourcing, LinkedIn Searching, Social Media, Networking and Employee ReferralsCo-ordinate with managers the re-allocation of project resources through active communication and understanding or project statusAct as conduit between project team and mobilization to ensure timely manning is achieved in line with the project timelinesWhat we will offer you: Health Insurance Benefits - Knock 10% Of Premium with BUPA, HBF or HCFAccess to a number of Salary Sacrificing Benefits - airport parking, novated lease etc.Ongoing Training and Development.
