As a result, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to deliver end to end recruitment outcomes focused on our corporate and projects areas.
Typical roles will include Finance, HSE, HR, supervision, Engineering, and other project support roles.
In addition, you will also assist with blue collar recruitment as required largely focused on our minor and major Civil Infrastructure projects.
Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, key areas of focus for this role include: Internal business leadership and engagement to develop strong working and valued relationships with key stakeholders.
Working with business leaders to understand forecast recruitment needs to develop pipelines of potential candidates for future roles.
Delivering end to end recruitment outcomes for a range of both white and blue-collar roles.
Leverage internal recruitment metrics to help shape and influence recruitment outcomes.
Manage our internal ATS (JobAdder) and support our ongoing talent pool development and deployment of proactive communications to help keep key talent informed of current vacancies and future projects.
YOUR BACKGROUND Previous experience in an internal recruitment role ideally with experience from within the construction industry Strong understanding of recruitment systems (JobAdder, Page Up, SuccessFactors etc) Proven business partner capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes.
Ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisation.
