The PositionManage your own regional portfolioProactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategiesEnsuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment processPartnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activitiesDeveloping a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplinesThe PersonProven experience across either internal or agency recruitmentExperience in the resources and remote sector is advantageous, but not essentialSomeone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a Recruitment Lead position;Or alternatively, someone not interested in management, but who loves working with sites to ensure their vacancies are filled!The BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
