MRAEL are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administration Trainee!
We ae offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry whilst working towards a Certificate III in Business.
As a Recruitment Administration Trainee, will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Duties you will be completing: Carry out various administration duties such as calling candidates and maintaining employee records Organising pre-employment medicals for candidates Collate and communicate with stakeholders for paperwork (write this better) Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding of the candidates Use recruitment system and professionally update and speak to candidates on their recruitment process Assist with maintaining stakeholder databases Creation and dissemination of weekly vacancy lists for all states The role will be full time Monday-Friday based within the MRAEL Hervey Bay Office.

We are looking for an eager person who is adaptable and ready to contribute to the team.
