You will be partnering with our Business Leaders to ensure that their businesses are fully staffed with the best talent, in a timely & professional manner so that we can deliver an amazing travel experience to our customers.
You will be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and always eager to jump in and assist your team with screening, interviewing and reference checking.
Stakeholder management will come naturally to you, and you will go out of your way to deliver to your customers; FCTG Leaders at all levels of the business. As various Business Leaders across Flight Centre Travel Group will rely on you to drive and deliver their staffing goals , fostering relationships and providing expert recommendations is essential.
Day to day: Source, select, and place candidates through best-practice recruitment methods Manage activity and proactively assist in delivering results to achieve business targets Partner with all businesses, leaders and support teams to build strong relationships and achieve business goals Ensure that the Recruitment Centre is the custodian and role model of our philosophies and values Champion team initiatives such as employer branding strategies, employee referrals and retention Availability to conduct interviews and attend events before and after hours when required This role will not be easy, however your hard work will be worth it. You'll face challenges and work with daily deadlines in this high volume role . You will be hands-on from day one and as such, this role suits someone who is confident, highly flexible and adaptable and who thrives in a busy work environment .
