As FSC continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to attract and hire skilled blue-collar workers to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers.Develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs and career goals.Use job boards, social media, and local networks to attract and engage qualified candidates.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.Maintain an active candidate database and pipeline for future roles.Ensure all recruitment is compliant with workplace health and safety standards.Advise clients on recruitment strategies and provide industry insights on hiring trends and talent availability.Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment.Strong understanding of the blue-collar workforce and the skills required for these roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and clients.Experience using recruitment software and job boards (Seek, Indeed, etc.
).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Your application will include the following questions:
