Join us as a Recover@Work Partner and make a meaningful impact by guiding, coaching, and supporting our team through work and non-work related challenges, while navigating the nuances of Workers Compensation in early learning.
Your Impact: Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Management: Apply early intervention strategies, manage claims, develop Recover@Work plans, and ensure compliance with State and Territory legislation Technical Advice and Legislation Application: Provide technical advice on Workers Compensation legislation and its application in the early learning environment, ensuring compliance and educating staff Stakeholder Engagement and Support: Engage with employees, managers, insurers, and medical professionals to facilitate effective case management and support complex rehabilitation and recovery processes Communication and Training: Coach and mentor teams on return-to-work matters, respond to advice requests, and provide updates and education on workers' compensation and Recover@Work principles Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, monitor trends, provide detailed reports, and use data insights to improve claims management and rehabilitation outcomes Flexible work arrangements giving you choice about when and how work will be done in order to better manage your work and non-work needs (as agreed with line manager) Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging benefits which reduce your taxable income to increase take home pay Access to discounted childcare (up to 15%) Discounted health care and access to employee wellbeing program with BUPA Exclusive discounts on travel, gym memberships, Apple and Dell products, and more. You'll bring to the table: A minimum of 3 years' experience in injury management and workers compensation management, multiple jurisdictional knowledge Current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
