YOUR NEW ROLE
The Records Team Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of the Sydney Opera House Records & Information Management program and the management of corporate information repositories within SharePoint.
This role leads the Records team in ensuring compliance with recordkeeping legislation across the organisation.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Key Responsibilities/skills:
Relevant qualifications and experience in records management.
Experience administering an EDRMS such as SharePoint/AvePoint and/or Content Manager.
Comprehensive knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to information management, including the State Records Act, GIPA Act, PPIP Act, and NSW Government Cyber Security Policy.
Proven ability to review, analyse and implement records & information management program in accordance with regulatory and industry standards to achieving best practice.
Strong understanding of information governance, including data lifecycle management and information security.
Interest in AI, Machine Learning and automated classifying tools.
Demonstrated effective team management and leadership experience to achieve agreed outcomes.
High level of personal integrity and confidentiality due to the access of highly sensitive information.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with IT peers on joint projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical skills for solving complex problems.
A valid WWCC clearance.
