Records Practice Manager Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements Full time ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week) Salary from $120,859 to $133,183 pa. + super and annual leave loading Diverse and inclusive organisation with generous leave entitlements including flex leave and access to Fitness Passport Your role The Records Practice Manager will facilitate the effective and efficient implementation of DCJ EDRMS by utilising best practice, innovation and technical expertise in all areas of records management and driving the use of the electronic document management system across the organisation.

The Information Management (IM) division supports the organisation through the delivery of
IM requirements gathering, analysis, and ad-hoc report development Information lifecycle management training Records management governance, policy, compliance monitoring, strategy, training and education Records management operations, EDRMS administration / upgrade / support, digital records management and legacy system liaison What you'll do Standardise and enhance recordkeeping practices, policies and procedures across DCJ, for both paper and electronic records, in compliance with NSW State Records.
Provide advice on records management practices Coordinate, deliver and evaluate training workshops across DCJ worksites to enhance the knowledge and skill of staff in Records Management and other information systems.
Develop and maintain EDRMS/OneTRIM resources including e-learning and webinar modules, guidance documents, fact sheets and content on the Department's intranet site.
Develop and implement the EDRMS/OneTRIM training strategy, review and update policies, procedures and knowledge articles for effective records management.
Develop pre and post training surveys as well as needs assessments and needs analyses to identify and address gaps in processes, procedures and training materials.
Manage the administration of training.
What we're looking for Experience and knowledge of electronic document records management (EDRMS/OneTRIM) including managing the transition from hardcopy to electronic records within an organisation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Tertiary qualifications related to training or experience in the delivery of training.
