The Company… This well-respected Government organisation based in Parramatta has an immediate need for a Records Officer to join their dynamic team in supporting them with full function record management and general administrative tasks on a contract for 6 months.
This state government department plays a crucial role in the growth of NSW.
The Job… In this Record / Admin Officer role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Performing a range of record keeping activities via electronic and paper-based processes.Using TRIM to locate and retrieve company records, track file movements, archive records, and send archive boxes to storage.Preparing reports using Content Manager (Trim) and checking for data quality.Assisting in sentencing and disposing of records.Supporting the information help desk to resolve reported issues.Managing routine record management activities.Performing general administrative tasks as directed by the team.You… To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
Minimum 2 years related records management experience.Previous TRIM / CM9 experience is a must.Strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks to meet critical deadlines.How to apply… Be quick to apply for this exciting, contracted role!
