The Records Officer will assist the CSBB Records Management Officer to sort and prepare documentation in readiness for scanning to digital form.
The role will be based mainly at the Central Office at Pennant Hills with some work in schools across the Diocese (Northern Beaches Sydney, Upper North Shore Sydney, NSW Central Coast).
The ability to travel between schools and the central office is essential.
This is a temporary part-time role working two days a week until the end of 2024 with potential to extend into 2025.

About You ? As the ideal candidate you will meet the following key requirements:? Experience in administrative work an advantage A keen eye for detail to deliver consistently accurate and informed written and verbal communications suitable for the receiving audience Energised by working in a fast-paced environment Adaptive and responsive to change and prioritise work as it arises Can manage competing priorities and the sensitivities of others to deliver high quality work Able to move and organise boxes of archival files in a safe manner Follow a set criterion for preparing paper files to be digitised Document preparation of paper files for digitisation including collating, ordering, removing staples/paperclips Familiarity with Microsoft Office to accurately complete an electronic manifest (data entry) Qualifications ?
