Permanent Full Time Salary: $2,475 to $2,773 per fortnight plus superannuation and a 9-day fortnight.
Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience.

Your new role will require your good reading, comprehension and numeric skills as well as a high level of accuracy.
About us Hornsby Shire is located on Sydney's upper north shore, approximately 25 kilometres north of the CBD.
Known as the 'Bushland Shire', our local government area is characterised by bushland comprising national park, major waterways, natural reserves and rural landscape.
The rest of the Shire combines urban, rural and open spaces.
About the role The Records Management Officer position has three major components: · Capturing, classifying, registering and tracking records and information within the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) · Creating service requests within the customer request management system · Maintaining the hard copy file system – legacy TCS system Your new role is an operational position that relies heavily on teamwork and prioritisation of work.
The work is deadline driven for the processing and routing of incoming correspondence.
The Divisions of Council rely heavily on the timely provision of information and this service is vital to the effectiveness of Council's operations.
About you We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person who has the ability to undertake allocated tasks within agreed deadlines.
An understanding of records management principles and relevant legislation is useful for this role in assisting Council staff to meet their legal obligations.
At the same time, a commitment to good quality customer service is required to ensure that Council staff meet their service delivery targets.
The ability to work in a team environment is critical to the success of this role.
You will be expected to work in a business office environment and depending on Section needs, there may be a requirement to visit other Council premises or related Business premises in order to conduct their role.
The person may be required to work variable hours.
