Overview
We are looking for a Records Management Officer to join our team.
You will be responsible for the management processes and procedures for all electronic and physical documents across the business to meet compliance as per legislative standards.

How you'll make an impact
Storing, arranging, indexing and classifying recordsProviding support to guide staff on how to access files including requesting to secondary storage/Worksafe and or producing a copyMake uses of software and hardware's to effectively download and extract files and upload to the main Worksafe system and or company's database.Devising and ensuring the implementation of retention and disposal schedulesOverseeing the management of electronic and/or paper-based informationSetting up, maintaining, reviewing, and documenting records systemsAdvising on and implementing new records management policies and classification systemsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulationsStandardising information sources throughout the organisationEnabling appropriate access to informationAdvising on highly complex legal and regulatory issues, often involving difficult judgments in controversial areas such as the Freedom of Information Act, and other national or regional legislationAdvising staff in other departments on the management of their records and informationAchieve monthly productivity level as designated by managementAbout you
Previous Records Management experience will be highly regardedExperience in an administration and/or customer service based roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organisational skillsPC literacy and Microsoft Office experienceWhat we can offer you:
