Expect this and more when you join Linfox Armaguard Group.What does the job look like?As the Reconciliations Officer, you are responsible for accurately reconciling service invoices and machine cash balances while managing the discrepancy and dispute investigation process. your position is key in maintaining customer confidence by managing the end-to-end balancing of cash in Armaguard's machines. Key areas include:Reconcile expected service charges against carrier service confirmations and/or invoiced charges Create monthly reporting with invoice investigation resultsManage an invoice register with item reconciliation data. Identification of recurring invoice issue types and propose action to rectifyAre you the one?You are comfortable with numbers, reconciliations and identifying and resolving issues through data review and stakeholder liaison. You can demonstrate:Strong numeracy and data management skillsAccount reconciliation, or banking experienceIntermediate/Advanced level for MS product suite, in particular ExcelGood communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact and communicate with a range of stakeholdersStrong attention to accuracy and detailSound like you?
