+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full-time temporary up to 25/6/27 About the Role The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Coordinator position is a dynamic role responsible for leading the development of effective strategies, partnerships and programs that support Aboriginal Reconciliation as part of CALHN's RAP.
The position is part of the Aboriginal Health Team, in the Integrated Care and Partnerships program.
The position offers opportunity to work in a high performing team to work together as a collective in a supportive environment combining passion to contribute to system change, organisational leadership and development and community engagement.
The RAP Coordinator has oversight of the progression of CALHN's RAP and will liaise with responsible officers to progress RAP commitments in accordance with the timeframes outlined in the RAP.
The role will engage and collaborate with leaders and staff across the organisation and key CALHN internal and external partners, including Aboriginal consumer representatives, to advance and promote reconciliation initiatives.
This role also supports reconciliation initiatives for Celsus, the consortium that provides Facility Management Services for the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
About You We're looking for a passionate individual with a strong commitment to Aboriginal reconciliation.
You will possess: Proven experience engaging with Traditional Owner Groups and Aboriginal communities.
Exceptional skills in building multi-agency partnerships to drive strategic outcomes.
Strong organisational abilities to manage projects, set priorities, and achieve goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in report writing and funding applications.
