Receptionist (Senior School)

Hours: Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pmThe Geelong College is seeking to employ an experienced, friendly, and efficient Receptionist, who will deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and all other visitors to our front reception desk based at our Senior Campus.Qualifications and Experience:Efficient computer skills, including high level keyboard skills, experience with Microsoft packages, email and the internet.Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (employee status) or ability to obtain.Certificate 4 in Business Administration and/or a combination of relevant administrative experience.Knowledge of Synergetic, SEQTA, Operoo and other databases.To apply, please submit your application online and attach a cover letter and your resume.Applications received until Monday 13 January 2025 - 5pm.Please note: applications will be considered upon receipt and interviews may commence prior to the closing date.We will continue to receive applications until the closing date or until successfully filled.
