Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person, to prospective and current students and their families.
Assist with student enrollment processes, including handling applications, verifying documents, and guiding families through required procedures.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, CRM updates, and generating reports to support enrollment and admissions processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding and transitions for new students.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the education or customer service sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
Experience with student management or CRM systems is highly regarded.
