We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Office Manager to be the first point of contact for our support office and to support our amazing team.

The Role Serve as the welcoming face of the APG & Co office, providing general support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, in person and on the phone.
Be the "go to" for all things office related: reception liaising with building management responsible for ordering & maintaining office, stationery & kitchen supplies Assisting with incoming & outgoing mail, domestic & international couriers Keep a safe and clean reception area complying with procedures, rules and regulations within our WH&S standards Management of meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms Assist with company-wide meetings and organise office catering as required Actively involved in organising Culture Club activities, communication on events, and employee engagement activities Maintains Security system credentials, issuing of security access passes Provide ad-hoc administrative support to executive team members Printing & Binding of monthly reports, quarterly Audit & Board reports Complete POS codes for HR Team Organise & manage quarterly Sample Sales in conjunction with Sample Sale Committee Organise & manage office archiving as required Act as a Fire Warden for APG&Co Act as a member of Sustainability Committee  You Previous reception / office admin experience Retail experience (preferred) Excellent Microsoft Office skills Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internally and externally Flexible, patient and the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members Results orientated mindset with a passion for making things happen Be a strong team player that can be part of a strong culture Maintain a neat, tidy and professional appearance Excellent organisational and communication skills Self-motivated and enthusiastic Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude Ability to always maintain a positive and professional demeanour Where do I sign?
