Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for Real Estate? Join our thriving boutique real estate agency in Western Sydney as a Receptionist/Administrator. We are seeking a motivated professional to play a key role in providing exceptional support to our property management team.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet clients and tenants, ensuring a positive experience.Answer and direct incoming calls related to property management matters.Manage appointments, inspections, and coordinate with maintenance teams.Administrative Support: Assist property managers in preparing lease agreements, rental listings, and other documents.Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property details.Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to property management.Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Coordinate property viewings and inspections as needed.Assist with the tenant application process and lease renewals.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations and documentation requirements.Assist in the preparation and filing of property-related documentation.Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to facilitate seamless operations.Communicate effectively with maintenance staff, vendors, and other relevant parties.Qualifications: Previous experience in a property management or real estate office is highly desirable.Willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career growth within the property management field.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and support to enhance skills and knowledge.If you are a dedicated professional with a focus on property management and possess the required skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply.
